🐠 DOA Guarantee
At Ken’s Reef Tank, we take great care to ensure your corals are healthy and securely packaged. In the rare event of a DOA (Dead on Arrival), the following conditions apply:

Clear photos of the affected coral must be emailed to kensreeftank@gmail.com within 2 hours of delivery (based on the carrier’s timestamp).

Photos must show the coral in the original unopened bag.

Do not dispose of the coral unless instructed by a member of the Ken’s Reef Tank team.

DOA claims will be honored with store credit or a replacement coral of similar value, at the seller’s discretion.

No refunds will be given.
- Shipping will not be refunded nor credited for replacement coral. Buyer must pay for shipping for replacement coral

Please note that due to differences in lighting, water conditions, and camera settings, corals may appear different in your tank than they do in ours. These natural variations do not qualify for a DOA claim.

PICK UP MUST BE WITHIN ONE WEEK OF END OF AUCTIONS. EMAIL US TO SCHEDULE PICKUP. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO RELIST OR SELL ITEM IF NOT PICKUPED WITHIN 1 WEEK.

Shipping Rates:
• $30 — within NY, NJ, and CT
• $50 — all other U.S. states
We reserve the right to reschedule delivery due to extreme hot or cold weather, or shipping carrier delays, to ensure the safety of your livestock.
